Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included (shoe box and dust bags)
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
Note on Final Sale Items: Certain premium collections marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
  • Limited-edition designer collaborations
  • Custom-sized man-tailored footwear
  • Clearance items priced 70% off or more

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
